World Heritage Week Celebration
The students of Silver Bells Public School Participated as a part of the celebration of World Heritage week at Nilambag Palace Lawns, on 16/4/2022.
The students were Accompanied by School Vice-principal Dr. Bhumiba Gohil, Yoga teacher Ms. Bhavna Gohel. Honorable Brajeshwari Devi the princess of the Bhavnagar played a lead role in the event.
Students from classes 6 to 9 participated in this event. Trainers from reputed institutions of Bhavnagar, yoga instructors including Dr. Jadeja sir (Gujarat Yog Board Pioneer). The Agnishakti team instructor, Diptiben Shah, taught different exercises of Pranayama, Assan, Surya Namaskar, and the rest in the form of Meditation.
The students learned about the benefits of yoga which is a more powerful way to relax and can transform the body.
